Excavation Services

The process starts with receiving a signed quote for demolition, after which they liaise with the client, advising what is required of them.

We then arrange for the application to be lodged with the council, disconnect the electricity, gas, sewer, or septic, and rat bait the property. The client is responsible for the payment of the verge/footpath bond.

Once the council issues the license, a site induction is organized with the client or builder to mutually agree on the scope of work. The crew will remove any asbestos that may be throughout the property and remove any salvage.

After stripping, they schedule a machine to the site and demolition commences. All blocks are raked to between 700 and 800 mm on completion of the demolition, and the site is then left clean and ready for site work to commence.
